glimpse

02-26-04 - 10:02 a.m.

This morning before I got into the shower I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror.

"Oh," thought I, "...so, I am skinny... and you can see my ribs... and my hip bones are quite visible..."

The strange thing is that in less than 24 hours I will likely not feel the same way about things.

Fortunately, I don't tend to do a whole lot about it (to myself) these days, and for that I am glad.
