skinny comment

We painted our bathroom, so we had to shower at my in-laws' house.

Out of the shower, dressed, & looking for a hair dryer elsewhere, my mother in law says,

"Well, you're looking all clean and skinny."

It took me aback- I had to ask myself if she had truly said that. It was interesting, that's for sure.

She's fairly concentrated on weight I suppose, she & her husband have been on a diet for a while- a good, healthy one & they have both lost a lot and are looking great & feeling much more healthy.
