I saw this in someone's diary (lost her name) and thought I'd fill it out for the fun of it.

Height? 5'8"

Current weight? 125?

Highest weight ever? 135-140 (can't remember exactly)

Lowest weight ever? 118

Goal weight? My goal is just to hover between 120 and 125 for now.

What is the best part of losing weight for you, what does it make you feel?

I just get a rush- an excitement and successful feeling (even when I'm not trying to lose)

Do you purge? did (Haven't in years)

How often? got up to a few times in one day but that only happened for a few days and then I managed to get some control.

What do you usually b/p on, and how do you get it up? It was mostly ice cream b/c other things were gross, I recall using the back of a toothbrush and even the back of a pen.

Do you restrict and if so, what do you usually eat? did. I tried to eat nothing as much as possible- I recall cutting a cucumber up into very tiny pieces and putting it into a dessert dish and picking away at it with a little fork for what seemed like hours.

Do you use laxatives, enemas, suppositories or diuretics? did use laxatives a few times (again, years ago now). I learned about enemas once on an ED site and was amazed- it would be so interesting to see the result, but way too frightening to actually do ;)

How often? I think I found some sort of syrup in my parents' cupboard- drank down way more than you're supposed to take- NASTY taste, and painful result. I tried a few different things (all from what my parents already had)

Do you use diet pills? no

Which ones? I did buy myself some apple cider vinegar pills once, but didn't ever finish the bottle.

How often? whenever I would remember to

Other methods not mentioned? calisthenics down in my bedroom, to the extreme.

How often do you weigh yourself? I used to do it many many times each day. Now it's just whenever I can get to my parents' house where there's a scale (last weekend I went but the battery was dead)

Do you measure yourself as well? no (well, I did for a short time, but didn't stick with it)

What other things give you a rush, make you feel like you are getting thin? feeling my hipbones jutting

What are some of your biggest triggers? when I feel chubby or unsuccessful or see someone who is emaciated

How have you lost most of your weight? restricting I suppose

Can you see any of your bones? well, yes... but I'm not underweight at this point... I can see ribs, hip bones, collar bones, can always see wrist bones of course, (etc) and I have noticed on occasion that you can see back bones (when I've happened to be near a mirror when changing)

Do you like to touch your bones as you feel them emerging? yes

What are your best features? oh, I don't know

Your worst? I'd rather not nit pick at this time.

It really varies depending on company, etc.

What are the most triggering books you have ever read? I can't even remember their names- I leafed through many an educational book and I think I only read one novel- that one with "Kessa".

What have you eaten today? a bowl of cereal, half of a chocolate orange, some Kraft Dinner & a quesedia.

What do you usually eat or drink during the day? breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks ( I now try to always keep food in me as I am hypoglycemic and am quite hungry about every 3 hours without eating)

What are some of your favorite low-cal drinks? diet pop, sparkling flavoured water

Favorite low-cal safe foods (if you're a restrictor)? shrimp.. does that count? :)
