Optical Illusion

Thanksgiving was interesting.

First Dawn made a joke about me gaining weight. At first I wasn't sure if she was serious, but it turns out that she was joking. She then got serious & asked, "Are you losing weight again?"

Ken told me tonight, "Everyone thinks you're losing weight." I was like, "Everyone... Dawn?"

Apparently my parents were both saying that & discussing the looseness of my jeans. And Aunt Claire also said something about me looking like I was losing weight.

I don't get it.

I weighed myself at home afterward, and was one twenty eight! I have to realize that I had eaten a large Turkey Dinner, etc. right before, but I do wonder what I really weigh & am extremely grateful that it wasn't 130 or higher (ugh.)

Their comments only made me want to lose weight. Funny how that is.
