Chocolate=Huge Fatso? no.

8 hours of work today

suddenly I have nothing interesting to say- my day spent working.

Last night I watched some American Idol. I was sad that Clay didn't win, but who can't be happy for Ruben?

Denise told me today that she can't understand why I'm not a huge fatso with the way I eat chocolate & junk.

For lunch I had a junior bacon cheese burgar from Wendy's and a Strawberry Tart from Tim Horton's. Throughout the day, I ate a Crunchie bar, a Mr. Big bar, a bottle of water, and I think that may be it (aside from the high-cal toasted bagel w/ butter I had for breakfast.) ugh. I just didn't care, at the time.

My only plans for the evening include packing for this weekend. I'm going to Palmyra, New York for the weekend.

Uhh, that's all I have to say for now.

Add to the food list a bit of chicken, some corn, and some rice. Oh, and a bit of fruit juice of some sort.

I think I need access to a working scale so that I will moniter my food intake better, knowing what I weigh...
